5. 1-on-1 Tutoring & Academic Mentorship
Brilliant Learning pairs students with specialized curriculum tutors and past examiners for live online mentorship:
- Session Scheduling: Tutoring hours are booked in advance through the academic coordinator. Both student and tutor agree to join promptly at the scheduled time.
- Technical Requirements: Students are responsible for maintaining an adequate internet connection, functional audio/video peripherals, and a quiet study environment for virtual classrooms.
- Integrity in Assessments: Brilliant Learning tutors strictly guide, explain concepts, review methodology, and critique student drafts. Tutors will never write student Internal Assessments (IA), Extended Essays (EE), Theory of Knowledge (TOK) essays, or coursework on behalf of a student.
6. Tuition Fees, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
We maintain a transparent, fair policy regarding tutoring packages and session logistics:

- 24-Hour Rescheduling Notice: To reschedule a 1-on-1 session without penalty, the student or parent must notify the academic desk at least 24 hours prior to the session start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be billed at 50% of the session rate to compensate the tutor's reserved time.
- No-Shows: If a student fails to attend a session without prior notification, the session will be marked completed and forfeited.
- Refund Requests: Unutilized tuition hours from multi-hour prepaid packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis upon written request to
admin@brilliantlearning.in, subject to a nominal administrative processing fee (10%). Digital downloads and completed mock evaluations are non-refundable once delivered.
